Terms
The terms on which Assetsend is provided. Plain language, because terms nobody reads protect nobody.

What Assetsend is
Assetsend is a self-custodial interface for transferring tokenized assets on Robinhood Chain. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, transfer agent or investment adviser. It does not hold customer assets, does not execute trades, and gives no financial, tax or legal advice.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of every destination you enter. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Assetsend shows you the resolved destination before you confirm; once confirmed, no one can undo it.
You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully hold or transfer a given asset in your jurisdiction, and for any tax arising.
Eligibility
Tokenized equities and funds are securities in many jurisdictions and may be restricted or unavailable to you. Some assets carry issuer-level transfer restrictions; where Assetsend can detect one it refuses the send rather than broadcasting a transfer that would fail.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. The escrow contract is unaudited and not deployed. Smart contracts, networks and third-party providers can fail, and software can contain defects.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Assetsend is not liable for any loss of assets, profits or data arising from use of the service, including losses caused by an incorrect destination, a failed or reverted transaction, a compromised account with an identity provider, or a third-party outage.
Changes
These terms may change as the product does. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
